Is it Just Me or is myLot Not That Active?

I just recently got back here after few days inactivity, so I didn't feel that way.. Now I'm still being busy to respond to some "older" discussions.. Maybe you should also try to look for interesting discussion that is old enough (being made 2-3 weeks ago) or just simply take your time to rest for a while.

If it is, I probably haven't noticed it that much. I mean, each time I log in, there have been a number of newly posted topics. As for the topics that were posted, well, what I've noticed is that there have been a lot that I feel were similar to past topics. But other than that, I'd say myLot is still very much active.

What I noticed is me - not being able to find discussions that would interest me. I'm a bit picky, too. Sometimes I feel like I could only reply to 1 out of 10 discussions. So I also wonder, is it just me or what? Anyway, just keep on happy mylotting!

Hmm, i find it hard to find other discussions that would interest me lately. The activity, i think, is still the same. I don't spend that much time in here anymore, so maybe that is why I can't notice.

Maybe we just feel what you also feel,lol. It is hard to concentrate on my lot specially if you have other money making sites that needs more attention and time. Like site that gives you more profit. I am here not because of the profit, just because I want to enjoy answering and joining on discussions that tickles my interest.

Good morning, possibly I can shed some light on the situation! For the past 8 days, there has been quite a serious glitch in the myLot system...and person's have NOT been able to respond to discussions from e-mail notifications! One has to log in...(which is taking a long time)...then go to "friends started" in order to respond, and this is VERY time consuming. So, persons like myself, and lots of others, knowing the glitches...knowing that responding is complicated are NOT starting discussions...or have the time to go through the complicated system of responding! The whole system, too, has slowed down to a snail's pace! People with time constraints, like me...are getting frustrated!

I feel the same way. I used 2 be on mylot every day and now i'm barely on it because the discussions haven't been good like they used to be. Now most of the discussions our repeated discussions and the same topics over and over again. It gets kind of boring. Someone needs to spice this site up a little bit and make it more interesting like it used to be. I would come back every day if there was something worth responding to but there hasn't been.

As it has been established in the past, myLot tends to really have its periods where the discussion is up really high and also its periods where the discussions are really down low. Which actually might be intriguing, due to the fact that we have to venture into uncharted waters to find discussion topics that are of interest to me. There is a lot on this website that I think many of us overlook. There are times where obviously not everything is posted is going to interest us. If I cannot write a certain amount on a topic, then obviously I won't reply to it. However, if we dig around enough, we'll find something. I think that towards the end of last year, with the holidays, there was a lot to discuss, but now, not so much as things have cooled down.

I can't speak for mylot in general, I can only speak for myself. While I am not that much of a topic starter, I have been inactive quite often. In all honesty, I loose interest easily and feel I have other things I can fill my time with. It is possible other members feel the same way. I only come here anymore when I'm in a pinch for money. Then when I'm doing okay, I back off then come back. A never ending cycle. So until I've been back a while, I often forget previous patterns.

Hi there MimiPRGameFreak , well for me i think that mylot is not as active as before probably because most of the people probably have some other stuff to do or other paying sites that theyve discovered, so I guess that's why.

Hi. I'm picky in responding to discussions but I would also like to return the gesture from friends who always take part in any discussion I start. In fact, even though I have wished to reciprocate, I end up defaulting. Too bad. I haven't been active this last week because I was caught up in many things. I had to travel frequently, for one, my mother in law passed away on the Jan 14th. We had to attend the rites and meet the relatives. Secondly, I had to meet the executives of a Company which is looking to recruit me. Otherwise, I log in for an hour at least. You are probably right in the observation regarding low activity. When I logged back in today, I haven't seen too many new discussions.
