Yeah been experiencing a lot a viruses,. well in my case its in the office. A lot of people would do anything just to be on top or get promoted even if they put people down with their negativities and attitudes., People who will make you feel worthless just to make themselves shine!
What I do is that i try to ignore them, I just do my work, be the best that I can be without butt sniffing the bosses or anything... But when the times comes that I need to fight back, and for sure I know i will, haha.. I'd fight with integrity...
I believe that viruses sometimes eats the best of us because of pride and narrow mindedness. So my anti virus is, think clear, be humble and stand with integrity in everything that you do.

i like your "antivirus" and what you are doing is a right things for your "viruses" in life.
the kind of antivirus exist in your life truly reveals that people can go to any extend to have gains in their life.they are even not bothered that what kind of nature they are showing and how much hatred they are generating in people's mind.but i am sure at some point of time in life they could have everything what they deired for but the will the most disrespectful and lonely person in life.

My viruses are about my disabled son's appointments. The OT said she let the wheelchair center we needed an appointment in November last year. They know we are going off on a trip from March to April. They still haven't given us an appointment date. I am getting worried my son is out growing his wheelchair. I will have to take it on our trip to Argentina and Chile. The urine consultant wants an invasive test and I said no thanks to it. It seems we are getting appointments we don't want but we not getting the appointments we do really do need.
My disabled son is four years old and yet he has to go to primary school. The legal age is five years old. I thought it would be easy to get holiday in term time approval. It was a struggle to get ten days. I arranged our trip for ten days plus all of the Easter holidays. I am worried that the head teacher will be retiring. I wonder how understanding the new head teacher will be. Those feelings too are like a virus. All primary schools are full so I had no choice but to put my son is school at four years old.

the virus (or is it the bug?) in my life are the lack of respect of many people and their need to stabb me in the back.
The antivirus is: say NO and treat others like they treat you. Let them prove themselves first to be that friend they claim to be (and the reason they use to get money, goods etc from you).
