No, I don't want mylot to become like a facebook. Mylot is mylot and will alway have its originality and facebook is facebook that will always have its own originality. Facebook is a social networking site and mylot is not. I don't have facebook or any social site so I don't want mylot to transform into whole different site

We can just add chat features on our own profile if we really want too and we can just always check our profile for our previous/past discussions

I don't like the idea of timeline from facebook. Whatever is in the past remains there, why would facebook want to dig it out again? By doing thise facebook is doing more damages to its users than helping because some might have unpleasant past they want to hide, but once it's exposed, it's going to give friends the wrong impression about them, thinking they are acting or trying to be someone else. I don't think mylot should adopt the same idea when they are doing good as it is now.

I still confuse with Timeline view of Facebook. So I didn't like it very much.
So i can't say that i agree if MyLot using the same kind of view, too.

I think that's a nice idea. I would want to track, too how many discussions I started and responded in a year. It would also be great if it's like the Facebook Timeline where you can "feature" a certain post. And it would be great if pictures uploaded to a discussion is larger in the profile of the author.

I am afraid it's gonna be a waste of time to trace it, bro. I'd better continue writing and posting as the more we write the more we'll get. This world is fast moving, and we have to keep it up with it in order that we won't be left far behind. Just look at our country, we are accustomed to looking back and endulged in excessive celebrations of the past time, while we notice that other countries are looking ahead.

Hi adhyz: I like it. Even if Mylot is completely different from Facebook, I think that adding a history line could be great and I would appreciate hoe much I have changed since the day I joined the site. So I think yes, this could improve our experience in the site.

Well, right now I think MyLot is just fine. I also think that some changes could be made, but that really is up to the owners of the site. Maybe a more simple way of doing things. A timeline would not be a bad idea. It would be basically like organizing everyones older posts. And keeping the new once fresh. But, when you think about it, there are many things that MyLot could do to make this site more efficient. And I also believe that they have already thought about that. It all takes time and money.
