can anybody tell me about best paid to upload site with features like no minimum filesize and all countries accepted??

I think "Sharecash" is the best if you are looking to make money per download.

File sharing site - upload.tc is a filesharing sites with no minimum file
You won't find too many filesharing sites with no minimum file size but here is one site that claims not to have any file size restrictions nor country restriction. I don't use them but you can give them a try. http://www.upload.tc/

There are many websites sprouting up everyday which pays for uploading or downloading, the best way to know about these sites is webmaster's forum, like digitalpoint or warrior forum. Uploading.com is one i guess which pays for all countries, However, i don't know minimum filesize they accept. Another website is Fileze.com. They pays for uploading original content. However the site is quite new. So don't know about it's genuineness
