Infiniti Ad shows lack of knowledge

Every time I see the Infiniti ad and hear them say to paraphrase "if the status quo had never been challenged, the Earth would still be flat" I think just how can a company that claims to build advanced and reliable cars be trusted with the technology that is required for such a vehicle when they are so ignorant about science. Hey, Infiniti, the Earth was never flat! It was only thought to be by ignorant people. Before a company approves an ad they should check it and see what it really says about them.
