Hopefully, it wasn't too late to say "Happy New Year" to all Chinese. I was in Chinatown today, and learn that last week was Chinese Lunar year first day, which also they called the Chinese New Year. Luckily, they are still celebrating it, and I can still see some festival parties going on in the Chinese community center. I went in and visit one of their dancing show, it was great. Most importantly, I enjoy some of their traditional food which they used to celebrate such important day of the year. They are delicious and I would love taste some more of them. Happy New Year!

In Indonesia, the celebration and parties are over. Everything is now back to normal. The closed shops during the celebration are now opened. The business runs again after several days of stagnancy. The chinese seem to take control of the economy. WE need them to keep the economy running.

The celebration only last a couple of days here. But some Chinese shops are still close for celebration. Even though most shops were closed on the first days, majority started back their business on second day. If I went to certain place now, I could still see the lion or dragon dance like at the shopping mall yesterday. It was awesome to watch them.
