Anyone had an issue with Microworkers ?

I had recently started a campaign in microworkers and had submitted it to them. The campaign is pending under review for more than 7 days now. So can anyone tell me how long do they take to approve campaigns? Should I write to them?

In my opinion, you should write and ask them what the problem is. I think seven days is a lot of time. Generally that should not happen that the admin does not respond in these many days. I have also been a member of this site for more than a couple of years now. However, I never needed to contact the support as everything was working fine for me. I guess, you should not count the holidays and off days. Count them off and does it still go beyond seven days' time? If not just wait a day or two more and you should see your campaign running up soon. But you are getting restless and worried, then write to them immediately. Because, it may take a day or two for them to reply.

Welcome Ashwin. By the way yes, I was 99% over in my campaign. I had started, actually thought of starting one when Paypal was active there. But since then I haven't done any activity there. I mean, for the campaigns. Will it be right to ask what the campaign is about and if I can we one of the workers to complete it?

thank you for your response Abhi. Have you started any campaign? I will probably wait a day or two more.

No. I believe it is 7 days they have to rate you, and if on the last day, they haven't rated you, you will automatically be credited by microworkers. I am pretty sure that is the number of days, but if you will read the faq's, you will see for sure. Talk to you later!

No I am having no issue with them. I think they are taking time for you due to lots of submission. Just mail them reminding about your application. I hope they don't reject it.

I don't think it is taking time just because the load of submissions. Did you notice the fall in the submission of late? Months ago, there were 60/70+ tasks available at any given time. But they are so less these days. It might be because they have stopped using Paypal. Many times the available tasks are less than 20.

I think they do take sometimes to try and find out the legality of the job that you are offering. I do not think they accept any job without having to prove its legality. This may definitely takes sometimes but you can always write back to them and find out what happened to your campaign.
