I am currently working for myself and I am quite enjoying it. I get to work on my own terms and when I receive income or payment from hard work, it is really satisfying. Though what I miss is the large salary I received when I was an employee and the free travels. However, it is very stressful working for others.
How about you? Do you enjoy working as an employee?

I enjoy working freely without stress. I think self employment is always the best option especially if you are able to make a comfortable living out of it.

Hello Mashnn and soniya 123.
That's the benefit of working online. The side down of it is that when you don't get any contract or job available, you'll not be able to meet your income target. And there are times that you'll have to source. Unlike with regular job, it's just a routine. But it can get boring if you will do the same tasks all the time.
More power to both of you.

I used to love working for a company not only for the high pay but the benefits. When I started on the job 20 years ago, there was a good working environment. We were happy and contented and the management did its best to give what is due for us. When employees are happy, they are able to contribute more hence increasing the company profitability. However, a change in management brought forth strict company policies and literally curtailed all employee fun. Company innovations were implemented and the employees were no longer the major concern. As a result, employees found the unfavorable working conditions unwelcome and unacceptable. I was one of those who decided to resign instead of having to go through all the stress and tension of work. My online jobs provide me with good enough earnings and I am quite contented without the fear of reprisal or disciplinary action if in case I make an error. I don't have a boss behind my back waiting for me to make a mistake in order to have an excuse to kick me out. After all, money is not everything.

Hello yahnee.
I too experienced what you've gone through. And because of it, I opted to work for myself. It is quite difficult at the start. But as soon as I get the hang of this, I expect that things would improve.
You are right, money is just a tool and not the meaning of life. Hope you'll continue to be happy and hope you'll get all the blessings you deserve. Have a great day!!!

Hello TeamCholent.
It is alright. You can continue to work with employers as long as you are satisfied with it. But if in case you wanted to work for yourself, then be sure you have a solid plan on how you will achieve it. Don't quit yet when you are not well prepared. Planning is the key to achieving it.
Good luck and best regards to you.

I am currently an employee and it is ok because it does pay the bills. However, I would not call it satisfying. I have long wanted to go into business for myself, so that I would feel that I had more control over what I earn and my future. Especially these days, when a company may just let you go with little notice because somebody higher up wants to improve the bottom line. I would like to be able to control my destiny.

Hello Woody7189.
If that would be your goal, you need to ensure that everything you do or at least among the tasks that you need to accomplish in a day is aligned to what you wanted to achieve.
For example, you can set aside an amount a day to save for a capital. Then overtime, it would be enough to cover for the capital of the business that you intend to do.
Right now, I am doing a lot of things and I try to understand that I have limited time in a day to totally accomplish it. So each day, I try to manage my time according to the direction that is aligned with my goal in life.
Good luck to both of us. Have a nice day!!!

Being an employee is quite beneficial. Free house, free car, free holidayr, but then it depends with the company.

I agree. And also with the kind of job. If you are at the bottom line of the organization, then try to step up of that organization so that you'll get more benefits. Either working as an employee or working on yourself, it is essential that we have strong self discipline and we know what we are doing.
Have a great day!!!
