As I thought that I won't be able to see the shooting of Bourne Legacy here in Rotonda Pasay City along EDSA then I felt fortunate enough that I was able to witnessed the shooting of Bourne Legacy even just seconds to minutes. So here's the whole thing of what I did and what I have seen.
Last Saturday I asked my boyfriend to go in Metropoint and assuming that they were still there. So I haven't seen anything not until I saw people who are looking facing the Sogo Hotel in Rotonda. So we went there and walking along the MRT station. You can't really stay in one place just to watch, it was really hard. For you to see the shooting you just have to walk. We were able to see Jeremy Renner at the overpass but then there was no shooting yet. I haven't seen the shooting last Saturday but just the set up. I think there was already a shoot in front of Chowking during that time but we can't see it. Not until the security officers became more strict because as I've heard from them they were already take 15 because of the crowd control that is obvious in the scene. When we were going upstairs to MRT station I confessed that I've attempted to capture the them through the use of my mobile phone by pretending that I am just sending text messages until the security officer tap my shoulder telling me that cellphones are not allowed so I need to keep it. Of course I followed for my own safety. So we went home already. Unfortunately I haven't seen in person that they had jumped on the bus as what I've seen on news. My sister in law have seen it as well and she saw the same thing and same person that it was Jeremy Renner but she haven't seen Rachel during afternoon. She told me that there was stranger who was caught in the act of capturing the scene that is why his cellphone was confiscated by the security officer.
Here I go last Sunday which was yesterday, I am totally decided to watch it even for a while then I did it alone since my boyfriend is not with me anymore. So for my own safety I didn't bother to use my digital cameras and cellphone. I walked straight ahead going down that is the time I saw Rachel Weisz upclose downstairs. I keep on walking in front of Genesis Bus Terminal then stayed at one place first. I've attempted to go at the footbridge but then I was told that it is prohibited to enter since I have seen some people who are going upstairs. I thought they were just watchers but then I realized that they are talents who were paid just to walk with the given instructions. I decided to walk again that is the time I saw Jeremy Renner and Rachel Weisz that they were above the bus doing their scene, that Rachel is in squat position but no idea what is that all about. I felt lucky about it even for a short while. I realized that you can't be able to see the shooting if you are just staying in one place all you have to do is to walk for you to witnessed it more. So I entered Mc. Donalds if any chance then entered the mall and so on. When they were done I entered the mall that is the time I have seen Rachel Weisz in close up having lunch inside the bus terminal, since the Chowking was open then I entered so I was able to see them again. Wheewww this is so funny for being a paparazzi. I have also seen Valerie Bariou (double for Rachel Weisz) she is the wife of former teen matinee idol Onemig Bondoc and a model, she is really beautiful that she is a little bit look like Rachel so no wonder she was taken to be a double for Rachel. Rachel looks slim and beautiful in person while Jeremy was just the same thing as you have seen on air. While they were taking lunch inside the bus terminal I think the 1000 talents are doing their scene. Then I am hearing the buzz of the fire truck thinking if that is part of the scene or there is a real fire in Pasay. When I have posted in status update s located in Solitaria St. Zamora Pasay City but good thing it was saved right away. Before I entered the mall I stayed in one place where people are also around. There was a person in charge asking who were the talents. LOL! honestly if I am crazy I can pretend that I am one of them but since it is not my type to be involved and all I want is to witness it I didn't bother to do it. I didn't stay so long but as I could see the weather was really totally considerate because of the SUNNY DAY.
Regarding the security of being strict, when you passed the MRT station they will really tell you that you have to go straight ahead and pictures are not allowed. Then on the other side which was the bridge going to LRT the security became also strict when people stand by, and he told people that "Bawal tumambay rito, doon kayo sa SOGO manood andun ang shooting"( You are not allowed to stand by here because the shooting is not here but on another side which was Sogo Hotel in Rotonda). That was funny though. How I wish I was able to record it.
Usually I don't really have an interest of watching things like shooting anywhere. But for a fact that this is for hollywood film, who would thought that the Rotonda Pasay City which was in the bad light long before will be chosen for hollywood film to shoot because it is a chaotic type place? Well that is really a big deal for me and for a fact that your hometown was chosen to have a shoot for a big time production which is international that other people around the world will see it.
As I have heard on news they are now in El Nido Palawan for the finale.

I wish to see Rachel, she's one of my favorite Hollywood stars.
You are lucky to be there.
I don't think I will be very patient like what you've done.
But you did a good job

Honestly I don't really know Rachel or even Jeremy not until this film that they are going to shoot here. Yeah I really find Rachel as gorgeous in person. I am not also patient in terms of being an "usi" (watcher)but because it is my hometown so I'd really rather spent a little bit time to witness it. Because in Malate or even in Navotas I didn't bother to go there and yet not my place so probably I don't care about it at all. Hope you can have a chance to see Rachel in person too.

I saw them too but not up close . I have to admit I was kinda starstruck for a while. I was on the cab heading to NAIA 3 to pick up my friends. It was on that same scene in MRT Taft where I saw them from the cab I rode in.
I am excited to watch the movie. The trailer looks really good. I read online it's gonna be shown first in the Philippines on August 8. I also read that they are planning a premiere night in the Philippines with the stars in it.

I am excited too and I am sure the cinemas will be crowded. Because even the people who are not really into it will still watch especially the mass people since they have done their shoot in some chaotic areas. I am wondering if how long would it be in the Manila part of course how many seconds in Pasay place.

I just made my own strategies for me to witness them upclose. I just hope I wasn't noticed by other people of what I did. The people here inside the house were laughing when I told them the whole thing.

Oh wow that was awesome! I wish I was one of those talents, even for free. It will be great becoming a part of a Hollywood movie even if you are just an extra.
I must have also felt starstruck seeing the actors up close and personal. Did they ordered foods at Chowking?

My boyfriend wanted to be part of talents as well even the simple task or it can be free if he wants to. But no chance where to register or to audition. Though he is not that too serious about it because he is busy as well. But you have same point with him that being an extra in hollywood film is really great because that is only once in blue moon.
I think the food of performers are different, I think the foods they have eaten were not from chowking but a cater. I think the foods of Chowking are only for the other production staff including the coordinators, MMDA and other security officers.
I saw them while I am inside chowking because they can be seen at the window.

It is part of Filipino culture or behavior to make "usyoso or maging usi hehe".
You are lucky to see them during shooting which is once in a blue moon only.
I do hope that I will see Rachel too or even Jeremy. This shooting really cause a terrible traffic but I guess worth it for the exposure of our country.

That is true it is part of Filipino culture on being the watchers or "usisero" in any kind it can be a crime, disaster, shooting, or even the life of other people.
But this one is of course once in a blue moon that is why I'd also rather to be like other people.
In terms of traffic good thing about it they have planned it very well so along EDSA the traffic is not that terrible but in other parts of Baclaran that was terrible traffic.
