just now I noticed some changes on this site . few new links have appeared & few gone . mylot new link provides guidelines & help for this site . http://www.mylot.com/o/mylot.aspx my best responses link has disappeared ! any more changes you have noticed can be discussed here ...

I also have noticed all these changes.. there is one more new like interests.. and come more.
