I can go to paypal's official website and make it your account with your choice like Personal , Business and give all information which paypal want from you . its very easy process like open new account in yahoo mail but one think remember you have to verify your paypal account without verification you cant access your full account .. So verification process you have to add your credit card and after that your account will verify..then you can trabsfer your money from your paypal to your bank account... Keep LOtting ..
