One of the many sites I have worked and branded as a scam site is Link2Communion. I quit working it after requesting payment and then never getting it. Well, recently, they sent me an email saying that they would make instant payments now if I just pay them ten cents. lol...Okay, so I bite, right? I click the link and fill out the information only to be taken to a page that says that "this merchant only uses Liberty Reserve". So I'm supposed to have a Liberty Reserve account in order to pay this ten cents in order to get paid in my PayPal account? Give me a break! How stupid do they think I am???

Did they explain why you needed to pay the ten cents in the first place? That sounds weird...it's usually not a good situation whenever a site expects you to pay them so you can get paid. Could the site have been hacked? That could explain why the money would be going to a Liberty Reserve account when the site uses PayPal. At any rate, sites that don't pay or make us go through hoops to get our money aren't worth our time and effort!

You got that right. I also refuse to use Liberty Reserve or AlertPay due to their high fees for any transactions. The whole episode was hinky to say the least.
