Firstly Congratulations on your promotion...
I suggest you buy some almonds, raisins, cashews firstly.Dry fruits are a rich sourec of the essential nutrients.AMONGST THEM ALL THE MOST VITAL ONE IS "DATES".
Its a good source of vitamins to both.If u are a non vegetarian THE SHE can have mutton kima, which is considered to be the best dish to be served to a pregnant woman.Other than that green leaves..At the same time she needs care and warmth from "U" the most.See that she never worries and gets tensed for any thing.Take care!

According to scientific research eating chocolates, especially dark chocolates is good for both mother and baby.U CAN DO THAT.But i suggest u to give the dry fruits directly as well. Its good for both.Is she having folic acid tablets, which are good content of iron?Consult the doctor and take her suggestion. All the best!

I dont sure, but pregnant should eat all the food since there are many vitamins in many types of food so for the baby to grow you should eat all types, as long you are healthy and dont ahve blood pressure or heart problems or any sickness old or new

It is easy. In fact it is good for everybody to avoid the junk foods. So when I was pregnant, I would not eat the potato chips, soda water and so on. I would eat something healthy and fresh. Everyday I made sure I would drink a cup of milk, a kind of fruit and an egg. They were basic food for pregnant women.
I love China

Hi Zetkie,
Actually most anything in moderation is just fine. She should try to eat plenty of healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables. Energy drinks are a big NO and soda's, candy etc should be very limited. Tuma fish is a food that is now said to be not so good for a pregnant woman to eat because of the mercury.
