Look-Alike - But not real Twins?

I have seen many movies where they show people who look a-like. Ofcourse its not true but reality I have seen many look-alike. They dont have the exact same features but yes they do resemble alot and you can clearly make it out. There are many famous people who have look-alike. Also I have many family members whose look-alike I have spotted either in a mall or while driving on the road.
I have yet to meet mine, but its very interesting. These people are not related at all even in far far off genes, yet they have so much face resemblance.
Have you met your look-alike or anyone in your family or friends?
I wonder what is the real connection!!

This is a cool discussion. It reminds me a lot during my college days when I had two girl look alike in our campus. Most of our schoolmates often called us with the others girls name. And we are known as "Tres Marias" at our school because we have the same skin complexion and height even though we are not closely related to each other.
And there are times that some of my friends says that I had a resemblance with a video game character.Lol... It really sounds funny but I use to believe what they say.

well I would love to see how my friend looks like, hehe. well its true some people just like characters in a movie or a story. I wonder how that happens?

Hello dear friendship,
I had uploaded a picture and you can look at it on my photo. That is the real me sitting on a sofa holding a pillow and wearing black. hehe!
Strang people with the same resemblances, maybe this is just one proof that we are all brothers and sisters created in God's image! Bless you Friend!

Thers are many people who really look a like but they are not relatives either.In our country a celebrity has look a like too,and some of them get famous because of they are look alike with known people.Even me i experienced lot of people say,hey you look like her,or that one very similar to you.Some of them are my relatives and some are not.

LOL. That really looks exactly pres. Obama! I think that somewhere outthere, We have look-alikes. Many look-alikes earn a living by making guest appearances at public events or performing on television or film, playing the person they resemble. A large variety of celebrity-lookalike images can be found throughout the web, including images placed by professional agencies that offer their services.

That guy looks exactly like president Obama..
One time, when I was shopping I saw a lady standing in my left who looks like my cousin, who leaves in New York. I was shocked because i couldn't believe that she was here and didn't inform me that she is coming. So, I hurriedly hug and kiss her.
It's kinda embarrassing because the lady is shocked and you can recognize to her facial expression that she is irritated.
when I realize that She is not my cousin I apologize to her and get away immediately like nothing happen :)

Well ya, there are many people like that its kind of shocking too!
I can imagine what you must be feeling. You must laugh at the whole situation when ever you think about it.
I did the same thing couple of times too, I saw someone who looks like my dad. I went and held his hand and started to walk and talk. I was telling him how come you never told me that your visiting this place. After 10 minutes or so when I looked again the man was smiling and I got shocked and left his hand. He said to me he was finding my talk very sweet that is why he did not interrupt me. I apologized and ran off. When I told my dad he just could not stop laughing. Thank God i did not get that man to my house!
