I have been using Turbo Tax for about 10 years now. I like to be able to do them myself.

i have always used h&R block. i've been with the company for 18 years and counting. last year, they reduced a lot of their fees. if you're filing an ez form, it's done for free till about mid feb, if i remember correctly. they guarantee their work and if they made a mistake, they'll help pay for some of the interest and penalties. i've never had a problem with them.
