Oh my, i can stop eating sweets. I could eat a lot everyday. I always wanted sugary and chocolaty foods. Cakes, ice creams, pastries, deserts and all. I wish i could have all of it. There was a time when my mother came back from abroad and bring lots of chocolates, i ate and ate and ended up sleeping with chocolates in my mouth. That was funny but i never wanna do it again. I got ant bites because of that. Bad thing about sweets, it could make you gain a lot of weight. :D how about you, got sweet tooth?

Having a sweet tooth is perfectly normal as long as you don’t over eat such treats. We all know that eating such would cause harm most especially putting some high sugars in your system that when you put on a day to day basis will trigger complications most especially, diabetes. I would suggest that you would limit your sugar intakes since it is not healthy. We should take it in mind that too much of something is bad.

Yes, i also have sweet tooth but not to the point that I fell asleep eating chocolate. :) I love ice cream and pastries too! My sister and I share the same passion for sweets (we both bake) but Im doing my best to control it as i am gaining weight. It is easy to gain weight but soooo hard to lose it. :)

Well, we could all do that I'm sure. They are always delicious, but the fact is, yes they can bring on diseases or illnesses, especially diabetes and even cancers. There is a safer alternative than eating so much sweets, they are fruit and veggies. I'm sure there are some decadent recipes out there to make them just as delicious. The more of them you eat, the more you want. I have nothing great to say about them, they are poison after a while to our bodies. Dark chocolate is better than the others though.

We should brush our teeth in such cases. It is dangrous to eat a lot of chocolate and then being addicted to it and not to care about out teeth.

I am like you and I also enjoy eating anything that is sweet. I think it is OK that you don't eat a lot of sweet food. In fact I think it is wrong that people always say that the sweet food will be harmful for your health. The sugar is quite important for our body. It can create more energy. Besides, it is good for your liver. I love China

Weight gain is not the only harm it can cause. There's diabetes predisposition, tooth decay, hormonal imbalances, to mention a few. I too had sweet tooth but I'm trying to cut on my sweets because it is partly to be blamed for my hormonal imbalance which is now affecting my liver.

Hi, Too much of anything is bad for health but who will not want to eat their favorite ice cream or pastries or chocolates.. I do love all of them and here we get variety of sweets and some are seasonal as well. For any occasion, food without sweets and savories are considered incomplete in our country. Go for all but control yourself for a healthy habit of keeping the tooth cavity at bay…

Eating to much chocolate or sweets is not good for your health, friend :) Chocolate does have many benefits, but if eaten too much, it's not a good thing. In addition to obesity, you can also get diabetes. :)

I have recently learned that when I crave sweets, that I have too much yeast overgrowth in my body. So I have been doing an Yeast cleanse. Other than yesterday when I was out at a friend's place for a get together, and she had homemade brownies (oh so decadent!), yes I did indeed have some. BUT this time I have noticed that too much sweet makes me feel turned off by the chocolate etc. Here's the thing, I LOVE LOVE LOVE Chocolate!! It has always been the fixer for me lol!

Yes I have a bit to much of a sweet tooth. It resulted in many cavities and a root canal. Which I have still not learned my lesson. I am getting a little bit better about all the candy I have though I have to break my soda habit I have now.
