marriage among associates

I have seen many call center guys and girls getting married most of the time to the person either in the same office or from another call center. What will be their success rate? Bcoz i have many friends who have ended up in divorce in 6 to 1 year period. Reason being they have no time for each other, their holidays clash, their timings clash and many a times they do not get to talk to each other for over 15 days bcoz of their shift timings. Of course its not that divorce rate is low outside a call center marriage but here i feel the ratio is more as compared to the rest. The level of job frustration adds as a cherry on the cake. What do you think?

Hi mariamac! I do not want to judge people who developed their relationship within a call center company. But most of my officemates who met their girlfriend or boyfriend in a call center broke up after some time. I have not seen any relationship in a call center that last. But of course, some might really found a true love in this industry.
