Music is my sanctuary. Happy, sad, stressed, angry, hurt, frustrated, doesn't matter what kind of mood I'm in, there is music that fits that mood. Sometimes, when I am in a negative mood, I like music that makes me feel better and sometimes it's nice, like, if you're sad, for instance, it's nice to play something sad and just cry into your ice cream. But after all of that, you feel better.

I also listen to all types of music, depending on my mood, it always makes me feel better especially when I am tired and not feeling well. Music is my life, I can't imagine my life without music, it feels like a vitamins I have to take to overcome stress.

The sounds of music has a power to free our mind from stress. It is a good idea to release tension and enjoy listen. But it is not actually an good idea to reduce stress but its just a part to avoid from stress.I like to listen a rock and humming songs from linkin park, one republic, eminem, kate perry, jay sean, lil john and so on.

I think music does help to relieve stress. I like to listen to music when I'm stressed about work or something else. Good music does help to relax me. I usually listen to the radio in my car on the commute to and from work. Nothing like a good song to make your day better!
