Where we live, it is definitely necessary to have a car of our own. There is public transportation that is available within the city limits, but it takes a lot of time to get to where you are going and the bus stops are not frequently close to where you really want to be.
So, I've actually had a car of my own since I was sixteen years old and now that I'm married, both my husband and myself have a vehicle that we drive. In addition to our two cars, my husband also has a moped that he uses during the warm months of the year.

We don't have a car. Here having a car will create a lot of costs and it is expensive. This is why we often say that even if you can afford to the car, but it is hard to afford to the charges. Besides, finding the parking place is difficult in the city. Mainly we use the public traffic like subway and bus. In fact the public traffic is very convenient here.
