We know "Man Is For Man".But why poor people negleted by Rich people????

I think that it is pretty much, "out of social class, out of mind." Other than donating for charities(which is a public relations ploy more often than not), rich people tend to rather not care. Of course, given how the economy is, one misstep can bring the formally rich people right at the level of those less fortune of them and obviously it is humbling. Then again, people who grow into their money tend to really live a life where when they grow into money, they think that they are going to be something that is going to be set for life. I think that all rich people should be required to live a week with the other side of life. Granted, it will never happen, but still it would give them perspective.

Just a thought here, perhaps there aren't any rich or poor people, just people of different life styles. After saying something like that we can not forget about basic needs. Everyone should have their basic needs looked after. It is better when people can look after themselves. I'm not standing up for "rich people" in the world just that I know some rich people are very unhappy. I'm asking only for the expression to be changed. We can be rich without money but people in need of basic needs are destitute. Many people in the world do not have very rich material possessions but they are very rich in that they are very proud of who they are and of what they accomplish?

The world is full of greed people. And not all rich people are bad. It just happen that, some rich people are greed and bad and poor people become a victim.

People should help take care of each other. Rich or not. I have before. I am not rich. I know that there are a lot of rich people who do not care about anyone but themselves. That is sad. Rich people are very greedy and would just as soon see people starve and die. Everyone needs help at some point. Those who turn a blind eye will learn that there is no one to help them with their refusal to help anyone else.

... "poor people neglected by rich people?" - I think it's not a battle of rich and poor people. It's just a preception I think. I know many rich celebrated people doing charities. It's not their obligation to poor people to do so but because maybe many of them have a helpful heart and want to share their blessings to less fortunate. And for those rich people that doesn't even lend some help to poor, well, that's their choice. We can't let them force to help the poor. Poor people should worked hard for a better living. Just be glad if there's rich good samaritan along...

What you saying is what happening in the world right now. I'm sure you'd heard the saying "We're the 99%". Wealth will never equally divide to everyone. Most of the countries love capitalism, that's the reason why poor people is getting poorer....
