What is the best way to say that I love you???

Hi guys,
Hello there everyone, how will you say I love you, do you say it while eating dinner in an expensive restaurant, in a movie house while watching a love story , in a Ferris wheel or while your hanging by your breathe after getting run over by a car trying to save the woman or man that you love, how bout it guys when???

When the moment comes that you should tell them you love them, it just comes out, you know? But if you're like me and you're a little shy to say it out front with the exact words, you could stand in front of the class and sing a song saying "I love you" or talk about love in front of everyone. Make sure the words are accurate to what you're feeling for that person and make sure to sneak a glance at him/her.
Or if you're on the brave side, just walk straight up to him/her when you feel the courage to do it and just tell them to their face that you love them.
Or (and this is my personal favorite), leave an anonymous note on his/her desk telling him/her how you feel but make sure that there's something about that note that makes it obvious it's from you. Like your handwriting; make it blatantly obvious so that she won't mistake it for anyone else's.

For me the best way of saying I love you is when he tell you in a not expected time,day, manner. Like just out of the blue he/she will just tell you how much he/she loves you in a very unexpected way. Like for example you are just watching tv, then suddenly you just tell her that you love her with no purpose or such.. ;)
