Will you use the same methods that youre parents used on you???

Hi guys, Hello everyone, i have a question regarding parenting, I haven't become a parent yet but i have this ideas in my head, If you are to become a parent or is now a parent are you using or will you use the kind of discipline or teaching methods of your parents. Will you take care of your children the same way and will you love them like your parents have loved you?

Since my parents have been great to me and to my brother, I think I would raise my kids just like how my parents did.

I use a different way with my parents. in educating my children. My parents taught me very hard, and I set out, will not make my kids feel the same way with me. But, I also do not spoil my child too. I have my own way, in giving affection to my children.
