That's so sad. How I wish that those who got your wallet can return it back to you.It maybe hard that those things inside your wallets was lost but then you can still earn it. There's a reason why you lost wallet, maybe it's a sign for you to buy a new one. By the way, I haven't lost my wallet but I lost my coin purse with money in it and I don't put all of my money inside my wallet.

Yes,sometimes back when I was going home from work. I just realized that I did not have my purse when I was in a bus station. Luckily, I still had my cellpone and my sister used to work in the same town that I was working so I just called her and ask her to give me some money to get me home. It was the worst experience and tiring process for me as I had to re-apply again for all those documents that I lost.

I understand, in most cases, people will not take your seriously if you borrow money for bus fare and they may think that you are just another con woman on street. It is indeed humiliting and embarrassing to borrow strangers money.

So sorry to hear that. It wasn't your day yesterday then. Sick plus lost of your wallet. I guess that you might hope that those security guys will pick up the wallet and call you right away. Otherwise, some people already pick that up and keep it themselves.

Oh my goodness I'm so sorry to hear this happened to you. Unfortunately I can relate totally to how you are feeling now. I lost my wallet back in 2001 when I was in college. Well I didn't lose it, but it was stolen. Since I was in college I didn't have much money. I think I only had like 20 dollars in there. However, I was very disappointed to lose the photos, and ID cards that I had in there. I had to go get another drivers license made, plus another college ID card. I also had to get another social security card. But I can relate to how you feel, and I really hope that your wallet turns up and you get it back. Best wishes to you.

I am sorry to hear that! I only lost my wallet once in my whole life due to my carelessness. When I was studying in secordary school as a Form 1 student, I loved to participate in different extra curricular activities after school, especially activities related to sports (like volleyball, basketball and badminton). It was summer, and one day I felt exhausted and extremely thirsty after playing badminton for hours, I bought a packed drink and quickly put my wallet in the pocket of my sweater then started playing badminton again. Suddenly I discovered my wallet was not in my wallet not long after I jumped and ran for a while in the court. I was terrified because I could not imagine how my mother would react to this. I asked all my friends to start searching in the court as well as other parts of the playground but we found nothing. I was ready to phone my mum and confess myself but then the vice principal suddenly popped up and asked if anyone had lost the wallet. He said that some of the seniors at school picked up the wallet and took it to the school office. I checked thoroughly and NOTHING was lost. I was relieved and felt so happy to have seniors who were honest in my school. From that on I swear not to lose my wallet again!! I really hope you can find your wallet soon~~~!! Good Luck!!

Hi there Porkchopchop, Your story remind me of something. I love sports too. Im a volleyball varsity player when i was in college. Then now that I'm working I see to it that every sports festival I'm always participating. Last year after my game I stayed in the court because I'm still going to watched the 2nd game so I can see who will gonna win and also to see their moves also ;) Im home already when i found out that i dont have my mobile!! And for me its the sim card is is more important to me than the mobile. I was already near midnight but I make sure that I can check the court. Its already lights off lucky that my sister was w/ me that time because its kinda scary going to gym in the middle of the night, no body was there and lights off! Using my sister's mobile i rung up my number then lucky its still there on top of my locker! and now its different situation...

hi movelcai oh yes I was at work in the library when the lady who sold jewelry came around to seeif any of us were interested.I picked out a necklace I liked and went into mylocker to get my handbag. I was so upsset whem I found my billfold was missing, forty dollars in it, all my many cards,id cards health insurance medicare, store cards and atm debit card.we searched the library nobody had seen it. I was so upsset and left early. I went into my bedroom sat down and wanted to cry when I felt a lump under my foot. I looked down , there it was , my billfold, and all my money and all my cards were all there. I was never so ]happy before because replacing all those cards would have been one huge job .

I'm so sorry about this stressful experience you had. I lost my wallet a couple of years ago. Fortunately I didn't have a lot of money but I had two debit cards. I had to call the banks and borrow money from a co-worker because I had to work the whole day. Years ago my wallet was stolen from my purse with a lot of money.

i have experienced my wallet being snatched..i just withdraw money from the ATM but luckily i didn't put all the newly withdrawn money inside the wallet..i just put it in my pocket..at that time, i was a bit lazy to arrange and put it there..i had a lot of thoughts going on in my mind..that i wasn't really aware about my bag..then when i was on the jeepney to get my fare..i searched my bag but my wallet was not there..but after 2 days. somebody called me on my cellphone that they saw my wallet left on the sidewalk in a building that was under construction near the bank where i withdraw at that time..the one who found it called me to pick my wallet, i was very happy because all my important ids and atm cards were there..but the snatcher wasn't lucky enough because there was not any big amount of money on there..but i would feel bad if it wasn't returned because of all the important cards in the wallet..it would be a hassle to apply again for all of it,,.
