I'm going to be on a Greyhound bus for 2 days. I do have a laptop but we all know that the charge won't last long. I'm thinking of buying a PSP or a Nintendo DS for the trip. I need something that has good battery life and fun games. Suggestions? Also, if you suggest, please explain why and the pros and cons.

I own a Nintendo DS and really enjoy playing games on it! I love that I can play both DS games and Nintendo Advance games. This gives me plenty of options when it comes to buying games. If I want an inexpensive game I will simply pick up an old Nintendo Advance game because they're cheaper. If I want something new, chances are it'll come out as a DS game. The one advantage to the PSP is that I think you can buy/watch movies on it. If you're only interested in games though I'd definitely recommend the DS! And you just may be able to find an inexpensive one on craigslist or ebay! Good Luck!

The battery on my Nintendo DS can last for around 8 hours. Probably more as I can't give you the specific time. But according to their site, the battery life will last 10 hours, depending on the game you're playing. I don't know about PSP though. Don't own one.
