That's interesting. Had the article mentioned ways to avoid this from happening? I've always been worried about having carpal tunnel since my current work has me on the computer keyboard almost the whole day and then I still type away after work when I'm doing my online earnings. And now I can also get it while sleeping? Bummer.

I have never heard that before, I used to work in a telephone exchange on the computers and a lot of the girls used to get carpal tunnel, seems strange you could get it while sleeping.

Hi lila, Quit odd right but medically if you caome to think about it, that really happns that we over flex our hands while were sleeping, so that is the reason, tnx lila.

Yes, I do know. Some people put their hands under their head when they sleep. They didn't know that it can put pressure in our wrist. I usually do this. But not to the extent that I'm doing this every sleep.
