have long meeting time.

Every week we have long meeting. It takes 2+ hours for the meeting. It involves several department which is not really related. We wait for some time before our time to present. While waiting we do nothing, which makes me bored. What do you think regarding meeting time? How long it ideally take? I think 1 hour is more than enough for regular meeting.

hi, i hate to have a long time meeting because it will makes me bored and sleepy inside of the meeting,for me 1 hour to 2 hours is enough time to conduct a meeting,compress in time but not boring.
