What do you use to guide you in making choices and decisions throughout your day? If you are interested in living a richer, fuller life, there is a way you can give your choices a clear focus and direction. There is a foundation upon which you can base all of your decisions which can make life better not only for you, but also for all around you. This foundation is to choose based on what’s best for all.
I will do my best to choose what’s best for all of us.
Imagine a world where everyone made choices based on what’s best for all of us. Imagine if every parent, spouse, friend, teacher, businessperson, and politician truly did their best to choose what’s best for all involved in every decision they made. We would certainly live in a much more caring, supportive world.

Hello, in making choices, i always take time and try to consider the opinions of other people.I weigh their opinions as as mine accordingly. I make sure that i choose the best choice, not only best for me but also for other people.

It would be a nicer place if everyone thought about everyone else. I do the best I can to make choices about my life that are not harmful to others. I am not one of those that step on people to get to the top. I think there are better ways of getting there.

I make choices depending on its weight. I believe that everyone of us has its own free will to make a choice but we don't have the will to choose it consequence. Sometimes even if we opt for a best choice, it won't gonna be the bestest choice that we have. Instead, you should think of the choice that would make you happy and those that won't gonna make you regret.

It's like you say: IMAGINE.
And that is what it is: imagination. There are plenty of people who don't have the will, or intention, or energy, or don't feel the need to make their own choices. Making your own choices also means: being responsible for your own deeds (and life).
This will never work and to be honest if people are too lazy or don't feel the need to brighten up their own lives, to work hard to reach their own goals why should I work hard to give them a better life?
This will only give me a lot of stress because I will be aware (again) that I am the only one investing (in a air castle).
I would also never join in a foundation that claims to give me a better life and others also (others are probably the people working for that foundation). I see plenty of foundations claiming this, the only ones getting richer and richer are those working over there, the directors, with their sky high incomes. Same with the so called good aid foundations/organisations. The people who really need it seldom get the help.
It's way better to have your own goals, to think about yourself first, to pay yourself first. Only if you are really satisfied and happy you are able and willing to give to others. If then you help out 1 or 2 other people of your choice (not the lazy ones who find it normal to do nothing, to complain or just sit there and pray for better times), the world would look completely different.

Yes, that is true. We would all live better lives, but things like this will never happen. Too many times people get too wrapped up in themselves instead of others, and what will it and can it do from them, and forget about everyone else. Personally I feel the Best choices we can have if we have a relationship with Jesus is thru Prayer and trusting him every step of the way.

There are two key components for me when making decisions. One of them is naturally what has happened in the past. There are going to be a lot of times where I have my share of mistakes and successes that have to relate to the situation at hand. There are times where I have to learn from those mistakes and those successes to make the best decision.
Naturally I take a look at all of the situations and the plusses and negatives. There are times where there might be a way where no matter what choice I make, something could potentially go wrong. So I have to take that very much into consideration when I make my decision. Sadly, we are only human and what we think is right might not be right.

before i make a decision; especially major ones; i make a mental list or sometimes it helps if i put it on writing; of the pros and cons... the positive and the negative aspect ...and then i ask God what He thinks about my list and most of all what is His decision if He were in my shoes.

I think my freewill is at my disposal to effect the necessary changes whenever I chose the wrong one. What I mean to say is that, we are all gifted to do every thing at its best and choose the thing which we know the best. Considering myself as being the first rate version of me rather than a second rate version of others, would be my strongest foundation I could ever think.

Hello, tatzkie23. I could not have said it better. "IMAGINE" is the word you used and I agree that it can be a reality if people would simply do what is good. "I can only imagine". Taken out of context since it is a song about the afterlife, but still I can only imagine what it would be like if everyone would care, and love one another.
I make my choices by living the life I should through the bible. Not only is it the book of how to live a good life, but it also shows us how to love one another. How to care about your fellow neighbor. It is the WAY to a great living. I am greatful for those who live life well and help others do the same. Have a great day. :)

Think it more than a hundred times. And i know if my decisions makes me feel confident I feel at peace and if it fails me. I must take the consequences heartily

That kind of existance isn't idealistic, nor is it realistic. Life puts challenges in front of us, and we have to face them head-on. And, as selfish as it sounds we often have to think of ourselves in order to better help those around us. In order to make choices correctly, you must assess the sitaion and decide what is best for you, by doing so you might actually be able to help someone else if they need it. If your mind is devided, then you'd end up doing a lot more harm.

I make my choices by simply weighing whether My choices are according to God's will. I talk to Him and say "God, I'm gonna do this, would you think it's the best thing to do?" God has the better or better yet--best judgment for our choices, for after all He was the very one who gave us the freedom to do so.
Certain choices in our life could either make or break us. stereo typically saying, our choices make us who we are.

I think of all the options that my decision can affect (or try to at least), and then I make my informed choice from there. However, sometimes if I'm choosing between two things that affect me and somebody else, I have to think of how selfish I feel like being on that given day. Also, if it's about two things that have an equal outcome, I'll just flip a coin and assign one decision 'Heads' and the other 'Tails,' because at that point it doesn't really matter which decision I go through.

When ever I make a decision I always make sure that I have weigh all the positive and negative consequences or the possible come up of my decision. I also onsider the people around me, will it heart many people, will my decision help those people who are affected. lastly, i will also consider if this decision will make me happy or contented with the outcome.
Sometimes I use my mind to think but there are times that I use my heart. but I believe that whenever we are deciding we should use both heart and mind so that we can decide the right thing.
whatever we use or do in deciding we should be ready for the outcome of what re decision is, regardless if it is positive or negative.

I like your attitude and positivity. We could make decisions that are best for all involved and that seems great and it is and I hope we do. Unfortunately others do not always have whats best in mind for all but whats best for them. Or they want to control anothers life. Alot of parents want their child to do it their way not so much as whats best for the child. Its nice to wanna live this way and you should as much as you can but life does have a way of smacking you down and waking you up and realize most others dont make their decisions based on whats best for all but whats best for them. Sadly the only thing we can do Imagine a world like that cause we dont live in one.. But it is a great thought!

Well, for me, making choices are mostly influenced my my beliefs, my surroundings, my understanding and so. Though to make a choice, I would think about all the possibilities. If I feel that it's a righ choice, whereby, it benefits me and does no harm to others, I would consider it a good choice. Well it would certainly be great if everyone can think and make the best choice for themselves. But sometimes, surrounding and environment will affect these choices. So yea. I just do what I think is right. It's not what should you do, but what you want to do:p that would be the guideline to me making my own choices. Haha. Hope this helped :D
