flooding of notifications

whenever i view my mail it was flooded by mylot notification about discussion my friend started can anyone hep or tell me how to remove this notifications

Well i guess yu have got your answer
three are not shortcuts for that. I disable notification as soon as i accept the friend request.
i just like to see discussion started by my friends from http://www.mylot.com/nr/friendsdiscussions.aspx

well when our friends starts a discussion we get notification

@ sajeevking not actually, you will only get noification from mylot if you choose to receive it. you can see it in your preference page and uncheck those boxes.

just go to preference found at the upper left corner of the page, just next to logout then go for notification and uncheck those boxes you refused to receive email

no option to disable notification when our friends start a discussion from there
