Mybrowsercash - Anyone not getting the slide up ads?

For the past one week or so, I am not getting the slide up ads from Mybrowsercash.
I'm using Windows 7 and I want to know whether this could be the reason. Anyone with Windows 7 get the slide up ads?
I'm getting the full page popup, but this slide-up is not appearing. I have even tried uninstalling and re-installing. The version is the latest one.
I have created a support ticket, but I'm curious how anyone here would have overcome this issue?
Anyone?

I had the same problem after installing the new update of software, but then I unistalled it and reinstalled the old version (I think 8 or 8.1) and now it is working fine.
I think every one is getting problem with this new version, may be they ll make some changes in it. However, if you have older version saved some where in your PC you can use that....:)

No problem with this site in my vista PC. Recently they updated a software and available for download, have small side popup comes up better than before looks less interrupting of our work.

Glad it works for you. Even in Windows 7 people are getting, but I don't know why I'm not getting it.
I would suggest, if you $5 in your account then transfer it to purchase balance and purchase a referral share. It earns you 11 cents a day. After 60 days, it earns you another $3.

i never tried to transfer any amount to my purchase balance...when i read this i got intrigue then..thanks for the tips i may try it on my account too...
