I'm watching tv and I hear that American Airlines is cutting 10,000-15,000 jobs and they are going to announce this today. I think we all are feeling this Economy slam.. To jobs bills, down to gas and even the value of a gallon of Milk. People are paying more on there homes then the value of the actual home.
I also heard that. This whole economy slap in the face won't be over till 2015 it makes me wonder.. I pray things will get better.. But I'm not sure sometimes just 2015 seems so far away.
Only if we have a Rest button to stop what ever cause this problem..

It seems like they just keep increasing the recession recovery year. It us to be 2012, then 2013 and now 2015. I believe they are just guessing. No one has a clue when things are going to get better. False hope doesn't improve the economy. They need to start working together not against each other. I think that would make a whole world of difference. Best Wishes!

That is very true and a very sad story to hear, one my cousin told me that she has to leave her work because it will be closed soon, and she was wondering where to get work again in US..knowing that she has family here in the Philippines.. I don't know what is happening in our society today.. Hopefully everything will be okay and may GOD help us all..

oh you are from US, i assume? i think this is not a great news, indeed and a very sad one that it has to come to laying off thousands of employees. i sure hope it gets better enough so that the people who needs these jobs won't be jobless for too long.

Yeah, I'm pretty worried about it as well. I live in the Netherlands at the moment and we don't have that much trouble here. Compared to most countries our economy is pretty good, but still I do worry about other countries and the world in general. I hope it will be solved before 2015.

The economy has always been like this ever since modern times. If you look back into history you can find many times where the economy has gone down then back up and down once again. It hasn't affected my country (Canada) terribly especially if you look at what's going on in Europe right now. So compared to them we are actually doing quite well.
For sure, this trend will start to get better and we'll recover. I don't know that much about economics but that's my opinion. Hopefully it's not too optimistic.

Just the same old it seems. It just goes to show you that many things that have happened over the years have caught up with the economy eventually. I think that we are going to have to go back many many years to start anew if we ever wanted to restart, and I shudder to think how far, as we go into the realm of cause and effect.
I'd like to think that things cannot potentially get any worse. And there are moments where things are going to look like they are turned around. However, they are slapped right in the face with reality. Even when it ends, we are still going to be feeling and remembering this one for years and years to come. Hopefully some valuable lessons are learned but I doubt few will be.

This period on economic level is very hard for every one because so much jobs are lost by so many people. I also hope for that people they can find an other job to do because others they have to sell there homes and nobody wants to buy them because no one (almost no one) is able to do it. But i also can understand the companies because they have to do this others no one have a job because they can't pay it anymore. So it is for everyone better that the economic gets better.
Everywhere around the wold are so many people that haven't a job i hope there will come a solution.
