Discount Gift Cards

I am trying to plan a vacation with some friends and thought it would be awesomely helpful if we could find discounted gift cards to use on the trip to try to save money. I have found some auction sites that have gift cards (to specific restaurants and also generic pre-paid Visa or MasterCards that could be used for food or gas or any other expenses along the way). The problem with these auction sites is they all make you buy bids (which is how they really make money, not with the auction items) so by the time you've purchased enough bids to win an auction on a $100 Visa gift card that is going for just a couple bucks, you've spent more on buying your bids than if you had just bought the dumb card. There is also Restaurants.com which is always running deals like $25 cards for $2. An AMAZING deal except that their cards are almost always for local restaurants and we are following a band to cities we've never been to, making it hard to pre-determine which local places to buy cards for. So I am looking for a site, similar to Restaurants.com, that sells discounted gift cards. Even half-price ($50 card for $25) would be better than paying full price. Does anyone know of any sites like that?
