I have been drinking some new home brewed green tea with Acai and blueberry but when I went to refrigerate the second batch it tasted horrible cold. I prefer it warm, if I have to drink it at all. I got some samples in the mail and thats why I tried it. Not so sure if I'll go out and buy that particular type now either. I love the lemony type, though. What do you think?

I can only drink green tea hot, no matter what flavor is added to it. I grew up drinking black tea as iced tea (orange pekoe and pekoe) and nothing else tastes quite as good. I drink lots of different kinds of hot tea, but none of them are as good iced as hot, except black tea.

I have only had commercially produced green tea cold and it had been sweetened. I usually take my green tea hot and with nothing in it, though I have had a lemon green tea blend before.

I generally don't drink tea that requires sweetener. I prefer caffeine free fruit and herbal teas, but if I have coffee I have to put sugar in it.

I would have to argue that cold green tea is the best and I've never really gotten samples or tried to make my own because I prefer the Lipton brand! They have the mixed berry and the sparkling mixed berry green tea and it is by far the best tea I've ever had in my life! It's so refreshing when cold, and since its so hot outside, it would be irrational to drink hot green tea! I would smother in heat!
