Hi Kotarei, I would like to know the answer to that question also.
The only thing I can suggesst is stop drinking soda, curb your eating
habits, try to eat the correct foods and instead of eating three
meals have something to eat every 2-3 hours...Its better to eat six
times a day, that way you don't over eat....
Good luck to you.....

Do you know what your required calorie intake is? If you are only eating once or twice a day, and I speak from experience, your body is starving and holding everything you eat, for fear that it won't get any food again.
Believe it or not, check out myfitnesspal.com. That's where my doctor told me to go and I did. I struggle with weight loss myself, and I have been at this for only 40+ days. I have an eating disorder as it is, and trust me the whole "not eating" is very normal for me, and I have literally had to fight my own self to understand that I do need to eat even when I am NOT hungry. The reason you aren't hungry is because your body has adjusted to not eating, but it has decided to hold onto whatever does come its way.
It is hard work, and it isn't easy. But it can be done, I agree with the 2-3 hours in between meals, I usually will have a snack something such as a piece of fruit or something light and easy. Yogurt is good for that.
Check out the site, do some reading, sometimes it takes a bit to reprogram one's self.

Hello Kotarei...:)
The simple thing to lose your weight is by changing your dinner with aplles or bananas and yoghurt. Drink more mineral water and stop smoking ( if you're a smoker ). Don't skip your breakfast, try not to consume fast food. :) Hope it works for you :).

Try to do some calorie counting. You should lessen your calorie intake in a day. Drink a lots of water. Eat small frequent meals. Never starve yourself. The more you starve, the more you eat. Invest on a weighing scale, so that you can monitor your weight.

everyone losess weight fast in the begining of theor diet but as the journey continues ,losing weight becomes hader.if ur weight loss has haulted despite ur deiting and exercising routine then u might have hit a weight loss plateau.it is a state when ur dieting that ur body goes into starvation mode and the metabolism of our body becomes slow so that it can store fat even if u r eating very little which results in no weight loss.
there are ways to break a weight loss plateau
1.change ur exercise routine
2. eat small protions of meals of six meals a day
3.increase your protein intake with respect to your carbohydrates intake

the thing i do is that i change my lifestyle..i go into vegan diet, eat 3 meals a day, my between meals is fresh juices from fruits or vegetables and water, i do exercise a day...i set my mind positively that weighing loss is a slow process so that i wont get harm my body if i do it in a fastest way...good luck for weighing loss...

Well, based on my opinion, the right way of losing weight will be exercising regularly, and maintaining a healthy and balance diet. Reduce calorie intake such as rice. Eat brown rice perhaps. I do not agree with eating less ( very less ) as a solution to losing weight though. It would just harm the body. You might lose weight in the process, and that would also include losing the colour in your face. I mean falling sick. That won't be healthy. So I would recommend regular exercise, eat more green vege, avoid intake of sweet stuffs ( limit them at least ), and take half the usual amount of rice. Don't skip your 3 important meal. So yea, that would be my advice. Hope it helped :D
