As our age went by, our physical appearance also changes. Things like this being ignore by some but it is important to still look good, fresh and young as possible as we can. We don't want to be called old because of our obvious wrinkles. eyebags and baldness. Rich people are lucky enough because they can afford to go the dermatologist or any other expert in regards to this matter. But how about average class of people, are they hopeless? Is anyone has the idea, healthy idea on how to minimize the effect of aging?

Hiii...
I am still 19 years old but I know some ways to keep appearance amazing. Consume kiwi fruit, aplles and strawberries and drink more water will help to keep your skin smooth, tight and healthy. Use olive oil or coconut oil to mask the hair will keep the black, smooth and shine. Do easy sport like jogging for 30 minutes in the morning will keep your body fresh and have a nap at noon is good for you beauty. I know more ways but that are some the best ways :)

You missed one thing. You haven't mentioned banana. I know it's the best for skin and make you look much younger. And last but not least, have facial massage.

There are many things you have to remember:
1) Don't smoke. Smoking will cripple your heart and makes your skin older.
2) Do physical exercise. The easy one is to walk everyday for 1 to 2 hours.
3) Eat a lot of fruit like avocado, oranges, banana, and aloe vera.
4) Drink a lot of water, preferably distilled water.
5) Have enough sleep
6) Try to laugh, no matter whether your laughter is genuine or fake. Both will make you younger.

You can search the benefit of aloe vera in the internet. It's true, bro Aloe vera is also good for your hair. If you cut yourself, you can cover the wound with the flesh of aloe vera..

Well...we all age, and one of us can fight it indefinitely. However, there are those lucky souls who look younger and even a lot younger than their years. As I see it, that's the most efficient way of minimizing the effects of aging: be born into a "youthful" family. Both my parents look a lot younger than their age, and I always have done. But alas, even I have started to age physically in the last few years, and yet I still looked remarkably young as I see it as late as 2004. Now, not so young. But of course not everyone can be born young for their age, so there are other ways of minimizing the effects of aging, although how successful these might be in individual cases I can't say. Certainly, taking exercise would be top of the list, and eating well, I mean a good balanced diet. Keeping a youthful mindset might be up there too...optimistic...always believing the glass is half full rather than half empty, to use a well-known phrase. Dressing youthfully might be a good idea too, although this can be risky, as a person who does this might be accused of straining to look young by affecting young fashion styles. However, some people can get away with this, and there are those fortunate ones who are still fabulously attractive even into their 60s and beyond to varying degrees. Certainly today's middle aged generation are much less conscious of dressing according to their age than previous ones as I see it...after all did not the Baby Boomer generation effectively re-invent the concept of youth? There are various exercises that might help with aging, and the internet has methods of trying to reduce jowels by tightening the skin around the chin and neck. I myself have tried these. In the end though of course there is only so much a person can do...

On Television, I saw those ladies use fruits lay over their face and eyes to reduce the effect of age, would it work, I never try before, but that is one of the idea though. What about those cream that sell by those beauty stores, you can also try them out.

We can minimize the effect of aging if we are going to take care of ourselves now. What you sow is what you reap, If you are cautious with yourself today then tomorrow you will still see the benefit of having a good skin. As early as now I take an anti-oxidant.

Aside from the tips you already received from the above, you should have a happy heart. Make it a habit to smile and laugh when needed. That way you will slow down the formation of wrinkles on your face.
Drinking lots of water and have a sleep beyond 8 hrs a day will keep your skin look young. Include fruits in your daily meals. Everyone is saying this so I think it all works but one thing is for sure, we could minimize the effect of aging but no matter what we do we will still look old and that's a fact that no one can escape even the richest person in this world who can afford to go to dermatologist and other means to stay young.
