I never knew that these plug-ins are dependent on a PC's OS. Just shows how naive I am with these things. Have you tried getting in touch with Smart? Maybe they have a tech support group that could help.

first priblems : Is windows 7 original software or not ? if yes ,and upgrade your pc's hardware; else if your pc's hardware is enough for the system software --windows 7,please try the original software of the windows 7,else change the parameters of your competer's to be compatible to the system software of the windows .wish you lucky that solve your problems .
