I belong to the southern part of India and a dish called Sambhar is very famous and traditional dish here. This made with tamarind juice, vegetables, daals and masalas that adds flavor to the dish. It tastes best with dosas and idlis another famous pancake and steamed food of the south. Happy mylotting.

Traditional food from my town is Borondong. Food was first made in the Dutch colonial era by the community Majalaya (my town). The main ingredient of borondong is glutinous rice and red sugar. How to make it almost the same as making popcorn, but the difference is in the heat is dry glutinous rice not corn, after the glutinous rice expands, then flush the red sugar that has been thawed and shape the mixture into a round.
