Hi yuqiliang,
It's not difficult to improve english, oral or writting. I think the most important is listening and speaking. You can try to expose yourself to english by watching any english movies, listening to english songs, speaking english to your friends and learning the pronounciation of the words. Just spend like 15-20 minutes a day studying english, make it a habit if possible. Be a little bit more patient and I'm sure you'll success! :D

hi,
ever since i am not really good in oral English until i came in college,i could say that i am more good in written rather than to oral English,but this is also depend upon the person on how she/he confident to speak Oral English.but trying is good too to practice our oral English.

It easy you need to talk! :)
try even talk to someone you know in English once in a while for 5 minutes, it can be like a game or something
And try to see some movies in English first with subtitles and than try without the subtitles.
