Feature Request Delete Discussion & Add More Photos to Discussion [Vote if Like]

Dear MyLot Admin,
If you see this discussion, I hope you could think about the feature I suggest here:
1. Delete discussion
Feature Requested: Delete Discussion Button or Edit Discussion Button
With this button, we can delete our discussion or edit our discussion to make it perfect.
Sometimes, we will accidentally create discussion with grammatical errors, forgot to place photos etc. After published, we noticed that we forgot to check the grammar and forgot to place photos.
2. Add More Photos to Discussion
Feature Requested: More than 1 photo for new discussion
I noticed that MyLot only allow 1 photos for a new discussion. When we start discussion, sometimes, we would like to share more photos (especially in Photography interest), adding only one photo per discussion is insufficient. It is best to allow around 3 photos per discussion. That would be great!
So, I think these 2 new features will surely help a lot mylotters and improve MyLot in terms of quality discussion and efficient discussion editing.
MyLotters, if you Like my ideas and suggestions, please leave some comments. I hope that with more support from MyLotters, the Admin can see this discussion.

I subscribe to your second request. Sometimes we need more than just one photo when we want to share something.
About your first request, I don't think we will ever have a delete discussion button. There were many attempts to convince admin to change this but... no result.
We have that "preview" button that we should use before hitting "post". This way we wouldn't have any discussion to delete.

Hi,
I hope we can get an "Edit discussion" button instead of a delete button. If something is wrong with our discussion, maybe we can edit using edit button.
As for adding photos, I really hope we can add around 3 photos per new discussion. This will be much better for photography section as we always share photos and get opinions and comments. :)

It really is not a good idea. Say you do a discussion and ten people respond. Then you decide you want to start over and rewrite it. Now the ten people that first responded have wasted their time and lost money. If you want a discussion removed then you can contact Mylot administration.

Hi,
What about "Editing" it, like adding photos and extra information to it? Would that be better?
Normally, we will re-read again after we started the discussion. At that time, there are no people responding to it yet, so if we delete it then it is still ok right? Just my idea. Maybe we can share some idea to make mylot the best forum ever!

your suggestion is fine. It is for admin to agree to it. Mylot has been in existence for years and is following strategies accepted and proved right based on its experience. For such a site this sort of suggestions --- you are in order in making it--it is for them to accept or not accept.

I agree. MyLot has been in existence for years. The system works well. If they are going to implement new features, maybe it will take some time to do it and it is up to MyLot team to accept or not to accept to add new features.
So far, MyLot is really a great forum to join with a lot of friendly and helpful members around.

that is right. I am happy you agree with the observations. However you are perfectly in order in requesting for a change or making suggestions for changes. Change is the essence of life. change may bring improvements.
