Do You Have a MyLot Quota?

I've seen a few users mention that they have a certain quota that they try to fill every day, week, month, etc. I tried to do this the first few days that I joined MyLot. Then I stopped coming here when I had college finals, and now I'm back, and mostly just posting for fun instead of trying to maximize my earnings (although that's a nice bonus).
I don't have any referrals, so my income is very slow on this site. As much as I would love for it to be a steady source of additional income, I find that I just don't have enough to say on most of the discussions to keep it "steady."
What about you guys, though. Do you make a certain amount every "x" amount of days?

I set myself a goal of twenty five a month, which I have made these past two months. This is done mostly through the tasks. The highest amount I've ever received for "discussions" was .28 one time. A few other times I've gotten between .23 and .26 cents. Mostly, it falls between .07 and .15 cents. With the tasks, I've gotten two to four dollars a day. Makes a huge difference and allows me to reach my goal.

I set mine to twenty five. If I find I can start doing better than that each month, I'll reset it to fifty. Or, if I don't mind getting a cash out every other month. I'm greedy, though. I like getting something each month!

I actually forgot about the tasks altogether. Thanks for the information! That sounds like an easier way to get quick money. Do you set your payout to the minimum or do you keep it higher?

Like I said, I now just participate because I like discussing things with others. When I first joined, I just thought it would be easier to attain quick money over a short period of time.

I think the people that give themselves a quota are just trying to make a commitment to stay active on the site by setting a goal and then trying to achieve it every day. I think of this site more as a forum for discussion and enjoyment but not really a source of income. I don't want to force myself to post just to earn money. I actually do a lot more reading on MyLot than I do posting. The earnings on MyLot are really secondary, a nice bonus, for interacting on the site, but it's not really a good source on income. There are other things you can do to earn much more money in a lot less time. Stop in when you can, read, post and don't worry about the earnings and you'll enjoy your time here a lot more.

Good day MRconrad01,
With reference to your main topic, honestly, I don't set a quota here. As I am after the quality work that I need to do and accomplish. Although I am really setting a quota on all of my earning site. Thus, I need to hit the target amount that I have set monthly.

When I first sign up on here, I set my own quota. Now, I realize that it is difficult to earn money here on this site so I stop setting my own quota. My quota is $200 - $300 dollar every month or $8 - $10 dollar per day when I was still new here on this site. I only realize at the end that this site is only for an extra income or a bonus.
I stay here if I am in mood or I just feel like posting comment on a discussion topics.

I usually try to post 25 replies and I don't do much else on here. If I think of a new discussion I'll start it, but replying is my main priority.

Hi, i don't have that. I think it is hard to make quota even i set one. There are some days i try to make as many posts as i can. But since i only post when i am free, and sometimes if i have more thing to do, then i can't make one single post.
Last month, i expected to reach 10$, it is only about 50 cents for me to get it. But i didn't make it because of time. Therefore, i think for me, it is meaningless to set some quotas or targets, therefore, what i am doing is trying to participate when i am free.

Hey Well I do not have a set quota here at all. I just post when I have time and I love just having fun here basically. I am glad that I am on here, but to be honest you will find some that really do not have a set quota. Most of us are here just when we have time while some have a quota. I have not made one, but in due time I might later. I just love posting and responding to others.

Yes I do have a quota. It is to get $.1 everyday through participation and especially the search engine. Overall, I do not really mind my quota. I just participate in discussions and have fun with them. It helps me improve in my english big time and that is the main reason I am here, second would be earning. Tasks are just bonuses and I do not usually do them and do them only when I am not lazy.

Like you when I was new here, 2 months I guess... I tried to set a quota but unfortunately when I try to set a quota for myself. It's just gets harder to achieve it. When I stopped and didn't care at all. It made me realize it was easier and I never knew I can earn easily and enjoyed interacting at the same time even with less time here or being a week absent here. I am not expecting a steady source of income here as I know it cannot actually pay all my bills, the money that I can get here are added bonus only. Well I can buy a few stuff but it cannot actually pay all the things I want. It just gives me satisfaction that I am having friends here, I am learning a lot of things from different people here and I am also earning!

hi mrconrado,
I really don't have a quota in posting. But the highest i made was .60 cents. Sometimes what i do is, set a time for 20 post a day. LOL. If you will just put a lot of time and effort here for sure you'll earn. Participate more you will earn more. Welcome back anyways, just stick around here. I know we're here for some money, but don't think about that too much, You just have to enjoy participating. When i was a newbie here, i didn't know what to do or what to post, but as i get used to it, i started enjoying it and loving it.

i do not have such determination of earning here on this site.
i have joined mylot as i have a keen interest in writing and discussion and i like sharing my views and commenting on other's views here.
it is good to have some sort of earnings in return of the time you devote here.
my daily earnings on participation and tasks sum up to 0.35- 0.53 cents at times.
this is how i am making it and it have been just two weeks i have joined this site.
but few days when i do not have time to sit for mylotting i do not earn anything as such.
