Three months ago I have signed up with an ecomerce business that does selling items on Ebay. I found the job online and dialed the number on the web. I spoke with the contractor and didn't give me enough details of the program beside saying it's gaurenteed to make money. I got overexicited and signed the agreement. After a couple of days later, I started my session but found out that this is not what I expected. For months, I've been trying to reach the company then I finally got a hold of them recently. I explained to them the situation and now they are telling me I've signed the agreement and there's nothing we can do. I got really pissed off by this. Basically, instead of making money I actually lost $$$. What can I do to get my refund back or to get out of this agreement and paying monthly payment. To me this is a ripoff/scumb and deserve to get my money back. Please advise...anyone???

Honestly? You're screwed. You signed the agreement.
You could TRY to find someone who'd represent you in court to say that you were misled or pushed/pressured into signing but I doubt you'd have any luck.
First rule of earning online: NEVER pay for anything unless you're 100% sure of what you're getting (and even then check elsewhere to see if you can find the same thing for free).
