Have a problem here. I am not able to upload photo with ipad. the choose file photo is disabled, thus i cannot click it. Any solution?

Are you trying to upload your photo to a site? Or to your computer? If you're using Safari, I believe that the mobile Safari browser is actually unable to upload photos. You would need a different browser or an app probably.
