how to get referrals

hi guyss, can u all please suggest me how to have referrals ...?? can u please tell me any forum or something like that to have referrals ??

you can try to put referral url on your blog and facebook wall or twitter

I'd like to know too, all the friends on my lists seem to not wanna try it. I think they think of me as a spammer now, sigh. Its not about spamming though.
