hello guys, i have an account in alertpay and when i tried to withdraw some of my earnings it is too expensive since they don't have any bank transfer nor credit card transfer here in Philippines only available is bank wire which is too expensive,i have been looking for ex change site but no idea which is legit and secure...not easy to get scam then...anyone from Philippines who tried to withdraw from alertpay using ex change site?thanks for the help...
