How do Youtube partners make money?

How do they get paid? How much must they make before they can be paid?

Most of them signs to machinima:) they are the best sponsorship in YouTube

To be a youtube partner your videos have to be watched very much and you have to have much subscribers to your channel. If you have all of that you can ask youtube to get a partnership with them. If they accept that you would get reclaim on your vids and every time if somebody watch your vid you will get paid for it. I do not know how much they get from it, but most of the people who have a partnership also paid much money to get it, because making videos also can cost money.
