greetings to all mylot users and my friends, many people are busy to their work and everything in their daily routine of their life, but they forget about their health sometimes, especially to our internal organs, especially now a days because there are many diseases that will attack our internal organs trough food we take and the environment we have, like my workmate, she had a appendicitis and she never knew about it because she was busy in our work and the other one have infections in kidney due to eating too much of junk foods and drinking of alcohol, and because of that,i became more aware to my internal organs because im afraid when i have those internal infections.how about you,are you aware to your internal organs?why?

I am not aware about my health since then. I am not a sickly person so I'm not bothered. But as you have said, there are some diseases that are betraying us. We do not know, when it will attack us so I am more aware and cautious nowadays. Thanks for the thoughts.

Yeah sometimes I do get caught up in my work That I do ignore what my body is telling me. I am aware of different disease but I just dont worry about them. I feel that everybody has a sort of internal alarm that let you know when something is wrong. But most of us ignore our body. I know so many time I felt sick but still went to work. It just recently i took off from work so I can feel better.

I am. I know the parts of my body. However, at times, when I am busy I tend to forget that those cells of the body need to be fed. I sometimes go beyond the corrrect time of eating. I believe this also happens to people who are very busy and engaged in their work.

Of course, I'm aware of them because I'm in the Medical Field. I'm always curious with my inner body. An ounce of prevention is better than cure. So every time I feel something bad, I make it a point that I listen to those pain that I feel.
