I only know websites that pays for photoshops and other designing programs. I am not sure whether they also pay for designing t-shirts or not.

hi sahyd2don, The only online earning site that I am in as of now is mylot. I read some discussions that tells that you need to increase the traffic on your blog to have the chance to earn more. If you are also good in writing, you can try Bukisa, Triond, Helium and others. They will give you passive income while doing your other online job. One of my friends sign up for freelancer job online and she got there clients who pay her for encoding. I am not skilled much in computers but I think that once you are inclined and creative using the technology and internet, you can have good income monthly.
