Have you read the book or saw the movie "The Help"

I always like to read the book first before seeing the movie so that's exactly what I did. I read the book in just 3 days that's how good it was. I couldn't put it now. It really takes you into the hearts of these three women who under normal conditions might not even have been friends yet their stories & the stories of other housekeepers who tell about what it was like to be a maid in 1960s Jackson, Miss. tare at your heart strings. In both the book & the movie you laugh & cry over what these woman go through, each one having their own story to tell. My favorite character in both the book & the movie hands down is Minny. Oh my goodness she is hilarious. A few times I had to hold my sides because I was laughing so hard. If you have not read this book or seen this movie then I suggest you do so because it really is worth your time. If you have read either the book, seen the movie or both then I would love to hear your thoughts on it. What did you like about it & who was your favorite character?
