hello leon,
i had that problem too for a day or two. i thought two things: it is either they were having repair in their system or the the solar flare/storm had something to do with it.

I can access Clixsense normally.
Try to visit clixsense using proxy or tunnel site (but don't access you account). If you can visit this site normally, it mean your ISP provider blocked this site. Contact your internet provider and ask them about these.
If after using proxy/ tunnel you still can't access clixsense, it mean your problem came from you PC. It can be virus, too many add on (specially surf bar add-on), your pc setting etc.

i really had a problem for several days now. i was wondering why i could access other sites but now with clixsense. but now i know that the problem is in my part because i am only encountering this kind of problem.

i can't access it. maybe i'll just wait a little more time. maybe i need to defrag and clean my disks and clean my computer from browsing history and cookies maybe through this may solve the problem.

I had similar problem before but not on Clixsense (other site). In my case I use tunnel site (ninjacloak.com) as my alternative way to visit particular site. If I can visit them (not login) it mean problem came from IP address than I contact my provider to fix it. If I still can't access it, I had two choice:
1. The site really can't be access. I contact several persons to confirm
2. Problem came from my computer.
Since your problem only on Clixsense, high possibility it came from your provider, or on your add on.
Just curious .... You can't access it or you can't visit it.
If you can't visit it, my previous post is the answer. But if you can visit it but you can't access it, it mean only one thing .... you got banned

No I didn't have that problem. You might want to clear your internet cache and tempory files. Try CCleaner (freeware)

Everything is fine here
the problem would be from your side
try clearing your cookies, also try a different browser and see whether you can access it from there
