Buxtrio Ptc site is not opening, Is it become a scam site

I have unable to open Buxtrio.com site for last 2 day, every time whenever clciks they web browser say "server is not found", so is this site is now become a scam site or this problem occured only with me. As i have $1 in account which i spend for advertising as i know i am not able to cashout but after the ads has been setup, i am unable to open this PTC Site...

My sister encountered the same problem, and she's almost near the minimum amount to cash out. I'm not sure if the site has become a scam or not but usually these are signs that it would be one.

I had forgotten I had it, and today I opened and had no problem. Maybe we should check it up again. At least I will login for some days to see what happens. There are several very good sites that have not worked because some people say it´s a scam.
