What is the nominal click value?

The trend in the PTC industry has changed drastically in the last few years, particularly after the emerge of BUX type sites. Now almost every site is having 1/10th of a cent ads. I don't have interest in those 1/10 c clicks anymore. That's why I have left many sites even if they are genuine paying. I just stick with sites that pay at least 0.25c or more. Isn't it a kind of discouraging to click 100 ads to get 10 cents? The worst part is, most of them have $2 or more payout limit. $2 = 2000 clicks, unless we have good referral base. Sorry, BUX sites don't qualify for this discussion.
